NFT Distribution launches a dedicated Customer Services Help Desk

From Monday 8th May 2006, NFT Distribution has launched a dedicated Customer Services Help Desk, to provide a single point of contact for all Shared User Network customer related matters and to enhance the timeliness and quality of response to queries.

The Help Desk team is based in Alfreton, and will liaise with both the client and the NFT operational teams to resolve queries and to minimise future occurrences by identifying best practice processes.

Customers are able to contact the department by telephone or by e-mail. All calls are logged and given a unique reference number, enabling us to monitor and report on the various queries being raised. Our aim is to respond within two hours with an update and an estimated time of resolution.
